I love this app. I can record my songs.

This is the best recording app I have come across. Better than any of the payed ones that are under $5. Works almost as well for guitar recording as my $60 condenser mic with sound proof foam and audacity.

Its pretty good. One thing I wish it would let me save recordings to my phone. So I could send it through text messages.

I have a iPod 2 and it cant attach to a microphone!

I love this app. I have tried many recorders for lectures and this one had been the best by far. I am planning on purchasing the 99¢ upgrade because the basic has been great and Id like the extra features. It also runs in the background if you need to do other things while recording AND does not kill battery life like other apps I have tried. I recommend to anyone needing to record lectures for sure!

Im taking summer classes and web the lectures run 2 hours each class, it becomes real hard to send recordings to others. The wifi feature gives you a web address that you can share to your friends and they can download the while you host the files. Drop box would be much appreciated or even Evernote as a back up. Another good thing about this recording app is that you can speed up recordings, thank god because the professor is so boring and I can get through the lectures faster.

Ill be watching for a line in Mic connection.

How comes I record a wave track at 48khz sample rate but the file is only 11mb? What bit rate is the recording though?

Stars are lost for the lack of ability to use noise reduction on 48 kHz files (even in the pro version), other recording apps having higher quality recordings, and the total lack of transparency with the noise reduction. For the average user, its a great solution for lectures, interviews, and noisy environments.

My recordings keep disappearing. SO disappointed :(

This app did not let me share my songs AT ALL. I couldnt send them via email if over 10 MB, use wifi sharing and, on top of that, the sound quality was horrible.

I think this app would b really great to use but it doesnt work without a mic!

DONT BUY THIS APP IF YOU USED IT FOR THINGS THAT MATTER. Ie: 10 out 20 recorded lecture from college. I have had this app for about 3 months now. I use it to record my college lecture. I love the playback at 1.5 speed feature, to save time while reviewing my lectures. I love the noise reduction. The problem is I have been having error after error that will delete my whole lecture. I am in upper division biology classes where every detail matters, so this is a HUGE problem. The errors i have had are: A phone call comes in while recording, stops the recording and corrupts the file that i just recorded. Randomly a file will " not be able to save because of an internal error" and i will loose my whole lecture. And the last one, 8 lectures have become "unplayable" and i have lost them all. DONT BUY OR USE THIS APP IF YOU USE IT FOR THINGS THAT MATTER.

I was very excited once I downloaded this app. Since the "Voice Memo "App thats already installed on the iOS iPhone, it doesnt have any speed control options. So, I dont know what the problem is with this app but, for some reason I am unable to hear any sound when Im playing it back to myself. I press "Done" but there is no sound coming out of my phone and its not on silent. Is anyone else having the same issues with no sound when you playback your recording ?
